Thank you for your purchase! We truly value your support. If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Below are the details of our return, refund, and exchange policy.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you received your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges after this period.

To qualify for a return:

• The item(s) must be unused and in their original condition.
• They must be returned in the original packaging with tags intact.

Please ensure you submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

Partial refunds may apply under these conditions:

• Visible signs of use.
• Items not in their original condition, or missing parts due to factors unrelated to our error.
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within two weeks.

Please note: Payment processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Re-check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company; refunds may take some time to be officially posted.
3. Reach out to your bank for additional support.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we’ll happily exchange it. Contact us at hello@himahemp.com within 14 days of receipt to start the process.

Sale Items

Items marked as “On Sale” are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

When returning a product, please request the return address by emailing us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

For items over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely.
